I went and it was really good. My tutor is really good, the model was too. Because it was perspective drawing and memory drawing and two hand drawing and left hand drawing...try drawing hands and feet in short flattened perspective and you'll know why I'm not posting pictures of what I did, some pretty good bits but nothing I want to claim.
I'm learning new things, not the least...my tutor told me...press softly see what happens. Oh and my classmates are choice too, it's personal sharing a naked person, it's also very personal looking at each other's results after drawing a moving model for 3 minutes I can tell you.

Life Drawing Class.

OK, I was gifted a term of life drawing classes. First class was last night, two hours, nude model, speed drawing and such using cheap paper and willow charcoal. I am committed to this, I don't know where it's going to take me other than I should be able to draw feet a bit better. My teenage children counselled me to play ~~well~~ nicely (edited with thanks to A Bee) with the others, I don't know what they mean.
Huge thanks to my friend K who bravely gifted me this chance. Already the class has affected me, my teacher made some interesting comments, a very insightful person. I have plenty to think about, and not think about.
My first attempts at formal drawing? A hard C I reckon.
